FAQ

Everything is shipped from The Netherlands using regular mail which comes without insurance or tracking. If you would like your order to be insured or tracked shoot us a message before placing a order! 

We try to process & ship each order that's placed before 15:00 CET the following business day. During busy periods the processing time could be a little longer! *Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery within The Netherlands takes 1-2 business days. International delivery depends on which country but it usually takes 7-10 business days. To the USA, Canada and South Pacific it could take 14-21 business days. 

Ultimately we have no control over the speed at which something is delivered - that is the responsibility of the national and international mail carriers only. If anything seems to go wrong or you have questions, don't hesitate to contact us and we will solve the mystery together!

Arcane Quarters is not liable for any lost, missing, or stolen merchandise purchased from our online store. If you feel your purchased product is defective in anyway, please provide photographic evidence, and email us immediately . We will consider your inquiry and work with you from there. Please note, we have no control over shipping.
